A swift visit to Waterford saw us reach the half-way point in our 10 county target for the day. With a vast range of bars on the sprawling waterfront, we chose Murphy’s. The décor consisted of a mix of reclaimed brick and stale weathered wood, but used to good effect. A decent pint here heralded notions of better drink to come. This was a quick stop and drink was down in a flash. As we stumbled outside we got the most haggard looking guy to take our photo. To be honest he probably thought we either wanted his bike or his beard but if you’ve embraced the web and are reading this – it was neither! |
