After synchronising our watches, we hit the M2 motorway out of Belfast
at around 18:00 on Thursday night - the plan being to meet Brian in
Magherafelt. We had heard good things about Dorman’s bar in the town
and after getting directions from a prostitute, found ourselves in
gothic luxury. The Guinness was so tasty we decided to order another
round while we cleaned out the computerised quiz machine in the corner.
A hot French girl took our photo and we skipped back to the car with
