Q. Why?
A. We've all got our own reasons, but mainly because we didn't want to attend another crap house party on St. Patrick's day, fall asleep at 8:00pm and then have nothing to do the rest of the weekend. Some of us wanted to see the rest of the country, taste the Guinness, some of us wanted to see our relatives and some are just alcoholics who thought it would be funny.

Q. What does 'horse it on' mean?
A. Er... check out the glossary of terms

Q. How did you manage it?
A. A lot of determination, organisation and the spirit of Christy - horse it on! The plan was to spend no more than 20 minutes in each bar, but that varied from 13 minutes (MAYO) to 3 hours (ROSCOMMON)!!

Q. Has it been done before?
A. Obviously we're not the first, but we haven't heard of many attempts. If you know anyone who has, please let us know! Some Aussies and a Kiwi did it back in August 2005 and only took three days, but technically they didn't drink in EVERY county (they missed two) and we reckon we thought of the idea before them - we just didn't have the same resources! They hired a Ford Galaxy for f*%k sake! Go to: www.32-32-3.com

Q. How far did you travel?
A. Just under 900 miles/1500km

Q. How did the designated driver put up with four drunken louts?
A. He just turned up U2 and pretended they weren't there. Actually, it wasn't too bad because there was at least half an hour between each pub and generally the mood never exceeded happy tipsy-ness. What can we say, we are hardened drinkers!

Q. Why are you all pointing in the photos?
A. The night before we started the trip, we were reminiscing about Gladiators, the early 90's TV show hosted by Ulrika Johnson. We were laughing about the stupid poses the gladiators used to make at the start of the show when they were introduced and in particular, Warrior (right) who used to just pull a silly face and point at the camera. So that's what we started doing. Also, it was probably a way of saying, 'Onward gentlemen - to the next county' in a collectively symbolic gesture.

Q. Would you do it again?
A. Unlikely, although we are planning similar trips - every county in England anyone? We highly recommend doing it, so long as you can find a sober driver.

Q. Do you advocate drink driving?
A. Of course not, it is totally irresponsible and dangerous.
